More Quaker Freebies

The wonderful thing about freebies is that they often come with better than normal coupons.

Here are a couple of new Quaker freebies:

Kmart Trip

I made my first trip to Kmart today for their $3 doubling. I got all of this for $13.xx. My receipt said that I saved $46 in coupons. Here is the breakdown:

2 boxes Rice Krispies (.25/each)

2 boxes Hershey's Snackers (.50/each)

1 Electrosol (free)

1 Pack of gum (free)

Emory boards (free)

3 - 60 count bottles of kids vitamins (.89/each)

2 bottles of shampoo (.29/each)

2 Men's body wash bottles (free)

1 96 load bottle of All detergent ($7)

The merchandise was very picked over. However, they did say that they get a truck daily, so I will try again later this week. Hope you find other good deals.

CVS This Week

If you haven't already bought the throat coolers (see earlier CVS post) do that so that you can get $10 of ecbs for $5 out of pocket.

This week CVS has their brand of Clariton free after ecbs. The regular cost is $3.79. Their limit is 2 free. Allergy season is coming fast.

I also saw that Cottonelle is still printing ecbs. 20 pack double rolls of Cottonelle are $13 and you get back $4 ecbs. Go here and print a .50 off coupon first: http://www.cottonelle.com/coupons.aspx. Again, if you haven't already bought the throat coolers, do that first. Then you can use those ecbs on Cottonelle along with the .50 coupon and get them for $2.50 out of pocket and receive back $4 ecbs. The limit on the Cottonelle is 5 and this is good through 2/4/09.

There is one more money maker at CVS this month. It is Nasogel. The regular price is 7.99. It is free after ecbs, limit 2. Here is a $2 off coupon for it: http://www.neilmed.com/pdf/ngcoupon_usa.pdf. Print 2.

Kmart to double upto $3 coupons!!!!!

O.k. this is big! I heard it was coming, but I didn't believe it. SOME Kmarts are doubling upto $3 coupons for the week starting 1/1/8/09. They do not accept internet printables. They will only double 25 coupons per transaction and will only double the first 4 of a kind.

I am going through my coupons and will let you know what to look out for, but off the top of my head I see more free electrosol with the recent $2.50 coupon.

Free Krispy Kreme

Free Krispy Kreme doughnuts to all costumers, no purchase necessary on inauguration day. Read about it here:

My CVS Shopping List

CVS has a coupon out for $3 off any CVS Brand purchase. You can print this multiple times, but I would only use it once per visit. CVS has CVS brand alluminum foil or plastic wrap on sale for Buy 1 get 1 1/2 off with prices starting at $1.99. That means 2 for free. Time to stock up. Here is the coupon:

I am also buying 4 Venus Razors which are on sale buy one get one 1/2 off. They are regularly 5.99 making them 2 for $9 after discount. But I have $4 off coupons that I got from Vocal Point. So I will pay $2 for 4 really nice razors. Vocal Point sends out high dollar amount coupons in bunches of 4 or 5. So if you are not signed up for Vocal Point do it now at:
