ECB = Extra Care Bucks which is basically CVS money. The way to maximize it is to use ecbs from prior weeks on items which are producing ecbs this week. That makes your out of pocket little or nothing.

Out of Pocket = .34 + tax and I will get back a total of $13.34 in ecbs, so I will make $1 on this trip and walk out with a bunch of stuff.
